It had been out the water for 18 months when we went to look at it at the end of may, stood under trees in the rain. after a good survey and river trial we parted with our cash. The awning was replaced in 2005 but the old one had been leaking quite a bit if the state of the cockpit is anything to go by. We have replaced the carpets and the cushions and covers are next, or maybe that new fridge! We are moored on the river cam and will be cruising mainly on the Ouse. The electrics could do with tidying up but that and any other big jobs can wait till the winter
